About Scott

As a wealth advisor, Scott works with clients to generate, implement and maintain comprehensive wealth management strategies designed to help them achieve their most important financial goals. His specialties include investment management, tax strategies, advanced planning, retirement analysis and education planning tailored to fit clients’ unique needs.

Scott also has extensive experience in retirement plan services for corporate clients. He helps businesses address liabilities as a retirement plan sponsor by selecting appropriate service providers for their plans, scheduling and documenting the plan review process, developing an investment strategy, and providing guidance to their participants.

Scott arrived at Buckingham Strategic Wealth through the firm’s 2016 merger with Herbein Wealth Management, based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, where he had served as a partner and wealth strategist since 2007. Prior to joining Herbein, Scott spent seven years with The Vanguard Group, where he held roles as a financial associate and relationship administrator.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Tennessee in 2000. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional designation.

Outside of work, Scott is involved with several community and professional organizations. He and his family are currently involved with VOiCEup Berks and Youth Volunteer Corps of Reading. Scott is currently a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Council and a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Psi. Scott also previously served as a board member for Girls on the Run Berks County and the Gilmore Henne Community Fund.

He and his wife, Antonella, have three children, Mia, Athena, and Laila. He enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, watching college football, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
