As a Talent and Development Specialist, Kelly helps facilitate a wide range of feedback and development programs, including mentorship programs, psychological assessments and the associated feedback, engagement surveys, team leader meetings, the mid-year touchbase process and the year-end feedback and review process.
Prior to joining Buckingham Strategic Wealth, Kelly served as director of talent and HR management for QRS Recycling, where she led the company’s full-cycle human resources offering, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training and corporate policies. Before that, she spent nearly eight years at Summit Strategies Group, an independent investment consulting firm servicing a nationwide group of institutional investors, where she supported human resources, finance and compliance operations. Earlier in her career, Kelly led the crisis management planning, training and testing efforts of the Business Continuity Program at MasterCard.
Kelly earned her BSBA in economics and finance from Saint Louis University in 1992.
Previously, she spent nine years on the parent board of the St. Louis Gym Center and volunteered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
